LOCAL CURBSIDE PICKUPS - Local SCHEDULED curbside pickups are available between the hours of 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. You will receive an email from info@wreathsofcirlcecreek.com, letting you know your pickup is ready. Please check Spam Folders. ** In the ready to pickup email there will be a phone number that you will need to call and schedule a time when you are available to come to pick up your order. This is to ensure that someone will be here and the front gate is open. When you come at your scheduled time, please drive through the front gate and park where you see a sign for pickup. Then, please call or text the number provided from your ready to pickup email and someone will come out to greet you and bring your order to you. ** Orders not picked up after 15 days will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued. 

Free shipping is only for U.S. Orders within the 48 contiguous states. For free shipping, PO Boxes are not allowed. Wreaths Of Circle Creek will choose the shipping carrier, regardless of the carrier chosen at checkout.

International Shipping International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. For example, Using UPS shipping services, Once the package goes through Customs, the UPS tracking will update and show taxes that were added to the package that will need to be paid by the buyer before or at delivery. The UPS tracking will show what is due after the customs clearance and you have the option to pay online when it is shown on the tracking. Please note that choosing UPS Standard may be subject to a custom brokerage fee which will get added at customs. The link below is a reference guide for UPS rates for custom clearance into Canada.

**Please note, that if you decide not to pay the duties, taxes, or tariffs at the arrival of your package / order and it is sent back to Wreaths Of Circle Creek, you will be refunded for the items that were paid for minus the shipping cost it took to be sent back.

Placing Orders & Account Info

Placing Orders: When placing an order, a confirmation email from Wreaths 
of Circle Creek, will be sent to the email that was used when the order was placed. Please check spam folder. If you do not see a confirmation email, please email info@wreathsofcirclecreek.com

Order Fulfilled: When your order is ready and ready to be shipped out, you will recieve another email. This email will show your tracking number for your shipment. Please know the tracking number for orders can be made a day before the package is actually picked from USPS or UPS. 

How To Find Your Account: When you a create an account at checkout or before, you can login to see your order history. For DESKTOP the login is located at the top of the website's page by the search bar, there is a tab, Login. For MOBILE, click the three bars under the logo and this will bring up a menu. Scroll down and you will see the login tab. Once you login, it will show your order history. Click on the order number you would like to see more details. In the details of the order, you will be able to also see a shipment tracking number, when the order was fulfilled. Example pictures below;



Purchase And Return Policy

By purchasing products from Wreaths Of Circle Creek, you are agreeing to and abiding by our Purchase and Return Policy.


Returns are accepted, but please note Wreaths Of Circle Creek does not pay or provide return labels. **Please contact us at info@wreathsofcirclecreek.comin 3 days after receiving the item and let us know you are going to return the item within a 7-day time frame. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@wreathsofcirclecreek.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Canceling An Order - Wreaths of Circle Creek tries to ship out orders as fast as possible, but if you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@wreathsofcirclecreek.com. If we can cancel the order, we will but cannot guarantee it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
