Processing or fulfilling orders can take up to 2 to 4 business days before it goes to the shipping carrier. Packages that are shipped from Wreaths of Circle Creek, all have tracking numbers on them. If the tracking number shows that the package was delivered to the address given, we will not issue a refund. If your package was stolen, please file a claim with your local carrier. Wreaths Circle Creek is not responsible for the carrier's delays and incorrect addresses that were given by the customer. Please double-check your address and zip codes before placing an order.

**Please note, that if you decide not to pay the duties, taxes, or tariffs at the arrival of your package / order and it is sent back to Wreaths Of Circle Creek, you will be refunded for the items that were paid for minus the shipping cost it took to be sent back.
Returns are accepted, but please note we do not pay or provide return labels. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, in 3 days after receiving the item and let us know you are going to return the item within a 7-day time frame.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Canceling An Order - Wreaths of Circle Creek tries to ship out orders as fast as possible, but if you need to cancel an order, please email us at email@example.com. If we can cancel the order, we will but cannot guarantee it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
