Shipping & Ordering Policies

Inventory Accuracy & Refunds

At Wreaths of Circle Creek, we strive to maintain accurate inventory on our website. However, in the event of a discrepancy where an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will automatically issue a refund for the affected item.


Shipping

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before being handed off to the shipping carrier.
  • All shipments include a tracking number for your convenience.
  • If the tracking number confirms delivery to the provided address, we cannot issue a refund.
  • If your package is stolen, please file a claim with your local carrier and police department.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • U.S. Orders: 2-5 business days
  • International Orders: 5-25 business days (varies by location)

We do our best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee delivery times due to potential carrier delays.

Free Shipping

  • Available for U.S. orders within the 48 contiguous states only.
  • PO Boxes are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Wreaths of Circle Creek reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier, regardless of the carrier selected at checkout.

International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • If shipping via UPS, once your package clears customs, UPS tracking will update to display any additional fees that must be paid before or at delivery.
  • You can make payments online once the tracking system updates.
  • UPS Standard shipments may incur a customs brokerage fee at clearance. Click here for UPS customs clearance rates for Canada.

🚨 Important: If you choose not to pay duties, taxes, or tariffs and your package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item(s) minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees.


Placing Orders & Account Information

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from Wreaths of Circle Creek at the email address provided during checkout.

Order Fulfillment & Tracking

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive another email with your tracking number.

  • Please note that tracking numbers may be generated a day before USPS or UPS picks up your package.

 

Refund policy

Returns

By purchasing from Wreaths of Circle Creek, you agree to our Purchase & Return Policy.

We strive to maintain accurate inventory on our website. However, if there is a discrepancy and an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will automatically issue a refund for the affected item.

Return Eligibility

  • Supplies: Domestic returns are accepted, but we do not provide return labels. Please contact us at info@wreathsofcirclecreek.com within 3 days of receiving your item to notify us of your return. Items must be returned within 7 days.
  • Handmade Wreaths & Wreath Signs: Not returnable, but please reach out if there is an issue with your order.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Non-returnable.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Canceling An Order 

At Wreaths of Circle Creek, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@wreathsofcirclecreek.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has already been picked and packed, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Damages and Issues

 Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly assess the issue and work to make it right.

 

 

 

How To Find Your Account: When you a create an account at checkout or before, you can login to see your order history. For DESKTOP the login is located at the top of the website's page by the search bar, there is a tab, Login. For MOBILE, click the three bars under the logo and this will bring up a menu. Scroll down and you will see the login tab. Once you login, it will show your order history. Click on the order number you would like to see more details. In the details of the order, you will be able to also see a shipment tracking number, when the order was fulfilled. Example pictures below;
