Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday) before being shipped.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Most U.S. orders shipped with USPS Ground Advantage arrive within 2–5 business days after they have been shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $100 or more.

Promotions and free shipping offers are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Information

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Wreaths of Circle Creek is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

• Checking around your delivery location.
• Asking household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
• Contacting your local USPS Post Office for assistance.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Wreaths of Circle Creek is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
