At Wreaths of Circle Creek, most of our products are handmade or made to order specifically for you.

Returns

Handmade wreath signs and wreaths are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Supplies

Unused supplies may be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior approval.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

If a return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wreathsofcirclecreek.com.

Because we begin processing orders quickly, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If an order has already been picked and packed, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
